The sixth Brno Museum Night is approaching. You can let yourselves be seduced by its charm again on Saturday, 15th May, from 18:00 to 24:00.
Yes, just six hours and the Brno Museum Night will be over. But the preparations are counted in months. This is because the participating cultural institutions try to conceive and organize the most attractive programme for their visitors. It is not easy to come up with something new every year, learn from past mistakes and avoid any possible ones. However, the programme in the various museums, galleries and other places is just a part of the preparations. It is preceded by applications for grants and a search for partners who will provide the necessary funding or services. The proposals of the individual organizers then have to be harmonized so that the museum night works as a whole, and the event then needs to be promoted. All in all, a lot of work, but fortunately work which is extremely varied and interesting.
As the preparations for the sixth Brno Museum Night continue, this website will fill up with information. Over the time you will find out what you can look forward to. At least a week before the Saturday in May the schedules of the special bus routes will be posted here so that you will have everything necessary to start planning your journey through the night full of exhibitions and other cultural events.
